Hair Care Beauty Parlour & Body Care

This place is located at 89 Sinon House, right by Nepalimandir in the Silpukhuri part of Guwahati. The address also mentions Mill Road Vadodara, which sometimes confuses people who are looking for us for the first time. We have been operating out of this building for a few years now. It is a small parlour where we do basic hair cutting and some simple skin work. The space is divided into a couple of sections so that people can have a bit of privacy. We have some basic equipment and the mirrors are kept clean, even though they are a bit older now. Silpukhuri is a busy area, but our street is a little bit quieter than the main road. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive lighting inside. It’s just a normal place where local women come to get their hair handled. My sister and I run the place ourselves most of the time. We have a small bench for waiting and we keep a few old magazines around. The water pressure can be a bit slow sometimes, especially in the winter months, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be like the big salons in the city center. This is just a practical shop for people living around Nepalimandir. We open up around ten in the morning and stay until the evening chores are done. It is hard work but we are satisfied with how things are.
