You can find us over in Sadak Arjuni, which is in the Gondiya district. Our office is set up at Rajkumar Sadaramji Badole’s place on Shenda Road. We are right near the Panchayat Samiti, so there is always some activity going on nearby. We call ourselves an agrotech company because we are trying to bring some new ideas and tools to the farming we do here in Maharashtra. Gondiya is a big rice-growing area, so that takes up most of our time and energy. We aren't some big city company with a glass building and air conditioning. Our office is a practical space where we keep our files and meet with the local farmers. It gets very hot here during the summer, which makes the work even harder. We spend a lot of time out on the farms looking at how the equipment is working or talking to people about their crops. We started this business because we saw that the old ways of farming weren't always enough to make ends meet anymore. It is a slow process to change things, and we have our share of bad days. But we are from here and we are not going anywhere. We just focus on the work and try to help the local farming community get a bit further ahead. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy every day.
