This is Jaidurgamaa Farmers Producer Companylimited. We are based out of H.No. 602 in Khodsiwani. It's a small village in the Sadak Arjuni tehsil area. Gondia is where we are located. A few of us got together because farming alone is getting harder and harder these days. We aren't business experts or anything like that. We just know the land around here really well. Our office is basically just a room where we keep our files and meet up for tea. Most days you'll find us out back or somewhere in the village fields. The weather here in Gondia can be tough, but that's just part of the life we chose. We handle different kinds of crops depending on the season and what the rain allows. It's a group effort really. Nobody is the boss here, we just work together. We try to figure out the best way to sell what we grow without too many middle people taking a cut. It took some time to get the company registered and all that. Now we just focus on the daily stuff that needs doing. If you come to Khodsiwani, anyone can show you where House 602 is. It’s a very plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. We keep our tools and seeds nearby. It’s mostly about helping the families in this area survive. We take things one day at a time. Not much else to say about it. Just local folks doing local work.
