So, we are Agrivio Farmer Producer Company Limited, and we are set up near the Union Bank in Tirora. Gondiya is a busy place, and Tirora has its own pace. Jayant Tidke is the one who helps keep things organized here. Being close to the bank is actually quite handy because we are always dealing with paperwork or small loans for the members. We mostly deal with the crops that grow around here, trying to make sure everyone gets a fair deal. It’s a lot of talking to different farmers and seeing who has what ready for sale. We started this because doing everything on your own is just too much work these days. There is always something to worry about, like the weather or the price of diesel. At our place, you will find people coming in and out, usually dusty from the fields. We talk about the soil and what the government is saying about crop insurance. It isn’t always easy to get everyone on the same page, but we try. We are not some big corporation from the city. We are just local people who know the land around Gondiya. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with bags of samples or old ledgers, but we know where everything is. We just want to keep the farms going and maybe save a bit of money together by working as a single group instead of fighting alone.
