Chutiya Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company is set up in Gondia district, in a small village called Chutiya. We use Shri Premlal K Rane’s place as our main point of contact. Gondia is a bit far out, and things move a little slower here than in the big cities. Most of us in the group have known each other since we were kids playing in the dirt. We started this farmer producer company because we were tired of doing everything alone. It makes more sense to buy seeds together and sell our crops as one group. The office is just a part of the house where we keep the files and have a desk for the accounts. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep things moving. We talk a lot about the weather because in Gondia, you never really know what the clouds will do. Premlal handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff while the rest of us are out in the fields. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is what we know. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished reports. We just want to make sure that at the end of the season, there is enough money to plant again and take care of our homes. It’s a simple life in the village, and our company is just a part of that daily routine we all follow.
