Navsavitri Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited operates out of Ram Mandir Ward, near the Ambedkar Chowk. We use House No 248, which belongs to Sanjivani Vitthalrao Bhoyar, as our main meeting spot. It’s a group run by the women around here who are tired of just doing the work without having a say in how things are sold. We mostly deal with the stuff grown in the nearby fields. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes when everyone shows up for a meeting, but we make it work. We talk about seeds, fertilizers, and where to sell the next batch of produce. It is not a formal office environment. You might hear kids playing outside or someone cooking while we talk business. That’s just life here. We don't have a big budget for fancy things, so we keep our expenses low. The main goal is just to help the local women farmers get a bit more organized. Sometimes the bookkeeping is a headache and we have to stay late to fix errors, but nobody complains much. It is our own thing, and we take pride in that. People in the ward know us, and they know where to find us if they have something to contribute. It’s a lot of manual work and checking bags, but it feels better doing it together than trying to manage everything alone.
