More Patil Farmers Producer Company Limited is run out of House Number 96 in Golapangri. This is Shilabai Ramkisan More’s residence. It is a very local operation. We don't have a separate office building or anything fancy like that. Most of our meetings happen right there at the house or out in the fields near Golapangri. We are just a group of farmers who decided it would be better to work as a team. Farming in this area has its ups and downs, especially with the water situation. We spend a lot of time talking about how to manage our crops better. We don't have any professional managers. We do everything ourselves, from the planting to the paperwork. It is a lot of work but it feels right to be in control of our own business. The house is a familiar spot for everyone involved. We usually sit down and go over our plans for the next season while drinking tea. We are not interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. We grow food, and we try to sell it for a fair price. That is really all there is to it. If you are looking for us, you’ll find us in the village, probably busy with something related to the harvest or checking on the cattle. It is just regular life for us.
