We started Dhanyottama Farmer Producer Company Limited because the farmers around Gondia needed a better way to get things done. Right now, we are working out of Kewalram Surajlal Turkar's place on Tedwa Kati Road. It isn't a fancy office, just a practical spot where we meet to talk about crops and prices. Most of us here grew up in the fields, so we know how hard it can be when you're doing everything on your own. Being part of a producer company means we can pool what we have. We spend a lot of time discussing seeds, fertilizers, and how to get the harvest to the right people without losing money. It's a lot of work and sometimes it gets messy, but that's just how farming life is. We aren't trying to be some big city corporation. We just want to make sure the folks around here in the 441614 area get a fair shake. You can usually find someone hanging around the office if you need to ask about what we are doing this season. It gets pretty hot here in Gondia, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, trying to figure out the best way to keep our farms going and support our families. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need right now.
