Hill Queen Restaurant

You can find us inside the Hotel Hill Queen right on The Mall in Mussoorie. We are directly across from the rope ways, so we see all the tourists coming and going all day long. Being up here in the hills means the weather changes fast, but we’re always here inside the hotel. It’s a busy part of town, especially during the summer months when everyone wants to escape the heat down in the plains. We’ve been serving food here for a long time. It’s a simple dining room, nothing too extravagant. We mostly see people who are staying in the hotel or folks who just finished a trip on the cable car. The view outside is nice, but inside we just focus on the kitchen and the tables. It’s a family-run feel, even though we are part of the hotel. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. The mall road is always packed with people walking around, and we get our fair share of foot traffic. Sometimes the service gets a bit rushed when a big group comes in from the ropeway, but we do our best to keep up. It’s a practical place for a meal. We aren't trying to be a five-star lounge. Just a decent restaurant for anyone visiting Mussoorie who needs a place to sit. We’ve been in this 248179 area for years and plan to stay right here.
