GP Restro

You can find GP Restro at 78 Canal Road in Dehradun. We are quite near the Blind Institute, so that is a good landmark if you are looking for our door. Dehradun has changed a lot, but this area still feels a bit more relaxed than the main city market. Our place is not very large. We have set up some tables and chairs where students from the nearby colleges come to hang out. They usually spend a long time over a single cup of tea or a plate of snacks. We do not mind. It keeps the place feeling alive. During the monsoon, the rain really pours down here, and the canal outside gets quite full. On those days, it is quiet inside, and we just sit and wait for customers. We keep things pretty simple. There is no complicated menu or fancy plating for the food. We just serve what we know how to make. The kitchen is small, so we cannot do too many orders at once. Sometimes people have to wait for their food, but they do not seem to mind much. We try to keep the place tidy, though the walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon. It is a local spot for a quick bite or a break from the afternoon heat. We know many of our customers by name. It is a steady kind of business, nothing too flashy.
