Escape Lounge

We are located on the second floor of the Axion building on Rajpur Road. It’s a pretty busy part of Dehradun, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about in Jakhan. Being up on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but we’re also tucked away from the direct noise of the cars. The building itself is just a regular office and commercial space. We spend a lot of time here making sure the tables are wiped down and the chairs are in the right place. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving. The weather in Dehradun changes so fast, one minute it's sunny and the next it's pouring, so we’re always checking the windows. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us live within a few kilometers and commute in every morning. We don’t really do anything fancy or complicated. It’s just a place to sit for a while. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the people in the offices next door. It feels like a little community in this corner of Rajpur Road. There’s no big corporate office behind us, just a few of us trying to keep the place going day by day. We open up, get things ready, and see who walks through the door. That's pretty much our daily life here.
