Doon Darbar Chicken Point Restaurant

Doon Darbar Chicken Point Restaurant is located right on Gandhi Road in Dehradun City. Our shop number is 43. It is a very busy street with a lot of traffic and people walking by all the time. We have been serving chicken dishes here for quite some time now. The place itself is not very large, but we make the space work for us. Most days it is just a lot of cooking and packing up orders for people to take home. We have customers coming in all day, especially in the late evenings when the sun goes down and the air gets a bit cooler. Dehradun has its own special vibe and we are right in the middle of all that action. The kitchen is always full of steam and the smell of various spices being fried up. We do not have any of those fancy uniforms or a polished front desk area. It is just us in the back getting the food ready as fast as we can. Sometimes the orders take a little bit longer if we are really busy, but we do what we can to keep up. The walls of the shop could probably use a new coat of paint one of these days, but we spend much more time on the food than the decor. People from the local neighborhood know us very well by now. We see the same familiar faces every single week. Gandhi Road is a noisy place but we have grown to like the energy of 248001.
