Dilli

You can find us over at 5-D Rajpur Road in Dehradun City. Dilli is just a small place we started because we liked the food from back home. Dehradun has changed a lot lately and Rajpur Road is always full of cars and people rushing somewhere. We are just one of the many shops along this stretch. Inside, it’s nothing too special to look at, just some tables and a kitchen that stays pretty busy during the lunch hour. We get a lot of students and office folks who just want a quick meal without any fuss. The menu is written on a simple paper and we don't change it much. Sometimes the service is a little slow when the stove is full, but we do what we can. We’ve been at this 248001 address for a bit now. It’s just a handful of us working here, doing the cooking and the cleaning. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by just walking past or hearing from a friend who lives nearby. It’s a noisy city and our place is just a small part of it. We keep the doors open and the food ready for whoever stops by. It’s not a fancy dining hall, just a regular spot to sit down for a bit and eat something hot before heading back out.
