Delhi bites

We are located up in Tapoovan on the Badrinath Road in Rishikesh. This is a place where a lot of people come when they are traveling through the mountains or visiting the river. Our little spot is called Delhi Bites, and we try to offer a bit of what you would find in the city but here in the hills. The road outside can get very busy with buses and trekkers, especially during the peak season. We have a small seating area where you can watch the world go by. It is not a fancy café with expensive decorations; we just have what we need to serve good food. We spend a lot of time cleaning because the mountain air brings in a lot of dust from the road. The staff here is small and we all do a bit of everything, from taking orders to washing the dishes. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure you don't leave hungry. Sometimes the power goes out because that is just how it is in Rishikesh, but we keep going with candles or whatever we have. It is a simple life here on Badrinath Road. Most people find us while they are walking back from the bridge or heading out on a trip.
