Chillies N Chimneys

You can find Chillies N Chimneys at Number 5 in Dehradun City. We are located behind the Main Darshani Dwar, which is very close to the railway station. Being near Darshani Gate means there is always a lot of history and a lot of people around. This part of Dehradun feels very old and lived-in. Our building isn't brand new, but it has character. We deal with a lot of travelers who have just gotten off a train and are looking for a place to sit for a bit. The area can be quite crowded with rickshaws and vendors, so it's a bit of a squeeze sometimes. Inside, things are a little more quiet. We have a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We are just a local business near the station. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just life in the hills. We spend our time making sure the place stays clean and the food is hot. We aren't part of some big corporation. It’s just us and a few helpers. We know the other shopkeepers on the street and we look out for each other. It’s a nice place to work, even when it’s raining hard outside. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next train to come in, hoping for a busy day.
