Sky Bricks

Sky Bricks is at Plot No.17/1 in Varadharajapuram Medu. We are right by the Tnhb Housing Unit in Singanallur. It’s a busy residential area, so we have houses all around us. Being at Plot No.17/1 means we have a decent amount of space, but we still have to be organized. We have stacks of bricks everywhere you look. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. Singanallur is always active, and the Tnhb units bring a lot of people through the area. We see folks walking by all day. Our work is pretty straightforward. We make the bricks, let them dry, and then they are ready to go. It’s a lot of physical work, especially in the heat. We don’t have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just walk into the yard. There’s usually someone around to help, unless we are all in the middle of a big task. We try to keep the noise down for the neighbors, but a brickyard is never completely silent. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. We know the local shops and the people. It’s a community feeling here in Varadharajapuram Medu. We don't use any big marketing words. We just focus on the bricks. If they are good, people come back. That’s our way of doing things at Sky Bricks. It’s a basic, honest way to earn a living.
