Our base is in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, over in the Tarbahar area. Specifically, we are at Dipupara, c/o M. K. Pal. The pin code is 495004. Bilaspur is a place that gets incredibly hot, especially in May and June. The office is located in a part of town that feels very lived-in. There are houses all around us, and kids often play cricket in the lanes nearby. The building isn't anything fancy; it’s just a regular local structure. Inside, we have our desks and chairs pushed together. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have been here for a good while, and the people in Dipupara are used to seeing us coming and going. Tarbahar is a central enough location, so it isn't too hard to get to other parts of Bilaspur from here. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If someone drops by, they just pull up a plastic chair. It is a very informal way to run things, but we aren't fans of all that corporate stuff anyway. Most days are spent on the phone or working through stacks of paper. The internet can be a bit spotty when it rains, but we just wait for it to come back up. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people who want to get their jobs done without any extra fuss or ceremony.
