We’re located in Padmanabhanagar, specifically at No-26 on the 9th Cross of the 5th Main in the RK Layout. Bangalore is a big city, but this corner feels a bit more like a regular neighborhood. A.R. Nagesh is the name you’ll see on some of our local stuff. Our office is a straightforward place where we manage the regional logistics. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It isn't a flashy tech office like you see in other parts of the city. We have regular chairs and desks that have seen better days. The weather here is usually good, so we keep the windows open. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but it’s not too bad. We coordinate with the trucks that bring the cement in from the plants. It’s a lot of timing and making sure people are where they say they’ll be. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing. We eat our lunch together in the small break area. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the construction projects in Karnataka have what they need. It’s steady work and we like the routine of it all.
