Bcem Cement Private Limited

Bcem Cement operates out of a spot in Chilbila Bela, where Shipra Pandey and the rest of the crew handle the daily operations. It’s a place that’s always got a thin layer of grey dust over everything, which is what you expect when you’re dealing with cement all day. We spend a lot of time moving bags around and making sure the storage stays dry, especially when the humidity picks up. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical warehouse and a small office area where the records are kept. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It's just us answering the phone and talking to the drivers who come in to load up their trucks. Some days are slow, and we just sit around and talk about the local news, but other days the yard is full of activity and we’re sweating through our shirts trying to keep up. We know most of the people who buy from us by name, and we’ve been part of this community for a while. It’s straightforward work. We get the cement in, we keep it safe, and we get it back out to the building sites. There’s no secret to it, just keeping the inventory straight and making sure the loading dock stays clear. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s our grind and we’re fine with that. We just do our best to get things loaded.
