Veggies Chicken Hub

If you ever find yourself at the Adda Market in Asansol, you will see us right opposite the City Bus Stand. It is a very loud spot because of all the buses coming and going, honking their horns at all hours. We call the place Veggies Chicken Hub, which is a bit of a mix, I know. We handle both sides of things here. The market is always buzzing with people looking for a deal. Being right by the bus stand means we get a lot of travelers who are just passing through and need something quick, alongside our usual local crowd. It’s a gritty kind of place, not the kind of spot where you’ll find white tablecloths or anything like that. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the inventory is right. The heat in Asansol can be pretty intense, so that’s always a challenge we have to manage. We have been here for a bit now, and we have seen the market change quite a lot. Some shops come and go, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s a lot of standing around and talking to people while we work. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything. We just open the shutters in the morning, do the work, and close them at night when the buses stop running so frequently. It is a simple life, really, just keeping the hub going for the commuters.
