Ananyas Multicuisine Restaurant

We set up shop in the 3rd Admin Building, specifically at Ocs 16 in the Adda area of City Centre, Durgapur. Being near the BSNL office and the Income Tax office means we get a lot of people from those buildings coming over. It’s a bit of a hub in this part of town. The restaurant isn't overly decorated; we just focus on keeping the tables clean and the kitchen running smoothly. The morning starts with the delivery of fresh supplies, and there is always a bit of a scramble to get everything stored away before the lunch rush starts. We have different sections in the kitchen because we do a variety of food styles, which keeps the cooks busy. You’ll often see us standing around the counter checking orders or chatting with the regulars who work in the nearby offices. It gets quite noisy when the air conditioning is humming and everyone is talking at once, but we’re used to it. The floor can get a bit worn down from all the feet walking over it every day, but we give it a good scrub every night. It’s just a normal restaurant where we try to do things right without making a big fuss about it. We aren't trying to be the fanciest spot in Durgapur, just a reliable place where you can find a seat and something to eat for a fair price.
