Didir Rannaghor

Didir Rannaghor is over at N 1, City Centre Durgapur. Our address is in the 713216 area. We are right opposite the City Club and near the Doctors Colony in City Centre. The name basically means Didi's Kitchen, and that is how we run things. It’s not a big industrial kitchen. It is just a place where we cook every day. Being in City Centre means there are always people around, especially with the club nearby. We get people from the Doctors Colony coming in too. It is a lot of work to keep a kitchen running. We have to get the supplies in and make sure everything is prepped. Durgapur is a busy town and this part of it is usually full of activity. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to get the cooking done and serve the people who come in. The building is simple and we try to keep it tidy. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when many people show up at once, but we just manage it. We've been in this spot for a while now, right across from the club. It’s just a normal job for us. We open up, do the cooking, and then clean up at the end of the day. It is a straightforward local kitchen. We handle all the chores ourselves and don't spend money on ads. People just know where to find us by now and that is enough.
