If you walk down S B Gorai Road in Asansol, you will find us near the Asansol Court area. We have been operating here in Sreepally for quite some time now. Being close to the Nevadita Ladies Hostel means we see a lot of students and young people coming in for a meal when they are tired of hostel food. Besides the restaurant, we also handle a lot of catering work around town. It keeps us on our toes, especially during the wedding season or when there is a big family function nearby. The restaurant itself is a straightforward place. We have got our regular menu that everyone knows, and we don't try to change things just for the sake of it. The staff is mostly local guys who know the streets of Asansol like the back of their hand. When we do catering, we load up the vans and head out to different parts of the city, but S B Gorai Road is where we always come back to. It can get pretty cramped in the kitchen when we have a big order going out and the lunch crowd is sitting at the tables at the same time. But we manage to get it done. It’s just an honest living, serving food to our neighbors and making sure no one goes away hungry. We don't have any big corporate rules, just a focus on keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
