You can find us inside the Pooja International Hotel building. We are located right on Amul Dairy Road, which most people in Anand know pretty well. Being opposite Ary Nagar makes it a convenient spot for locals and also travelers staying at the hotel. We mostly do South Indian dishes like idli and dosa. It’s a straightforward setup here. Nothing too complicated or modern. The kitchen starts early because people want their breakfast before heading to work at the dairy or other nearby offices. We have been here for some time now and have seen the road change a lot. It’s usually busy outside, but inside it’s a bit quieter. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People just know we are here. The staff has been with us for a bit, and they know how the regulars like their coffee. It gets a bit crowded on weekends when families come out, so sometimes the service slows down a tiny bit, but we try our best to keep up. We use the space we have to make sure everyone gets a seat. It’s just a regular place to eat without any fuss. If you are walking down Amul Dairy Road, you can't really miss the hotel. We're just there on the ground level. We keep the place clean and focus on the food more than the decorations. It's just how we run things.
