Hot & Spicy Restaurant

Our restaurant is located on Amikrupa Girls Hostel Road, right near the University Circle in Vallabh Vidyanagar. Since we are so close to the hostels and the university, we see a lot of students all day long. They’re usually looking for something filling that doesn't cost too much. We’ve been here for a few years and it’s always lively. Opp Mohini Corner is where you’ll find the entrance. It’s a simple place with basic furniture. We don't go in for fancy lighting or music. The students usually bring their own noise anyway. We stay open late because that’s when the hostel crowd gets hungry. It’s a lot of work, especially during exam seasons when they’re all stressed out. I run the place with a couple of helpers. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us. We get our supplies from the local vendors in Anand. The kitchen is small but we manage to stay busy. Sometimes we run out of things early if it’s a particularly busy Friday. We just tell people honestly and they usually understand. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't have any grand missions, we just like feeding the kids and keeping the shop running. It’s a good spot to be in, right in the heart of the student area. We’re just happy to be a part of their daily routine and we hope they keep coming back.
