Noon To Night Restaurant

Our restaurant is up on the fourth floor of the Laksh Prime building in Anand. We are right across from the Town Hall, which makes us easy to find if you are in that area. As the name suggests, we stay open from the middle of the day until late in the evening. It’s a lot of hours to cover, but we have a small team that takes turns. The view from the fourth floor is alright, you can see the street below and the people going to the hall. We have regular tables and some chairs that we've had since we opened. The interior is just painted walls and some lights that aren't too bright. We get a mix of people, from students to workers looking for a late dinner. The menu is quite long because we tried to include a bit of everything people asked for over the years. We do our own washing up and keep the kitchen as tidy as we can. It’s not a fancy place for a date, but it’s good for a regular meal. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so taking the stairs is a good workout. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just open the doors every day and wait for people to come in. The staff stays until the last customer leaves, then we lock up for the night. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
