City Point Restaurant And Banquet is located on the Anand Sojitra Road. We are quite close to the RTO office, which is a landmark most people in Anand know. Having a restaurant and a banquet space means our days are usually split in two. During the day, it’s mostly people coming in for a quick lunch, maybe after they’ve finished their work at the RTO. Then in the evenings or on weekends, we have the banquet side of things where families come for small parties or meetings. It gets pretty loud when there is a celebration going on. We spend a lot of time moving chairs and setting up tables to fit whatever group is coming in. The kitchen is always the busiest part of the building, and it gets quite hot back there when we are cooking for a large group. We have been on this road for a while and have seen the area change a bit as more shops open up. The parking can be a bit of a headache when we have a big event, but we try to manage it. We aren't a high-end fancy place, just a local spot where you can get a meal or host a small gathering. We do our own cleaning and maintenance, so there is always a list of chores to get through. It’s a steady business and we just keep it running day by day without much fuss.
