Kathiyawadi Parotha House

We have been here on the Main Road in Anand for a while now. If you know where the Baliyadev Temple is, then you know exactly where to find us since we are right across from it. It gets pretty busy on this road, especially during the times when people are heading to the temple or coming back. We mostly just focus on making parothas every day. There isn't much of a secret to it, we just start early in the morning and keep the stoves going until we are done for the day. You can see the flour getting dusted around the kitchen and the smell of the tawa is always there in the air. Most of the people who come in are just locals from around 388121 or folks passing through Anand. It is a small place, nothing fancy, just some tables and chairs and the sound of the spatulas hitting the pans. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit loud, but that is just how life is on the Main Road. We try to keep things simple here at Kathiyawadi Parotha House. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us working together to get the food out. We deal with the usual stuff like the electricity going out or the water deliveries being late. If you are looking for us, look for the temple first and we are right there. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the rush.
