You can find us on the first floor of the Sapphire Building. We are right there on Amul Dairy Road in Anand, just behind Sarvoday Ice Cream. It’s a busy area with all the people coming to the dairy. This place started because we wanted to offer a spot where folks could sit down and have a decent meal without too much fuss. Being upstairs means it's a bit quieter than the street level. Lunchtime brings in a lot of office workers, and then families come by in the evening. The menu has a bit of everything on it. We don't try to be a five-star place, just a regular restaurant where the food tastes right. Most of our staff has been with us for a bit, so they know how things run. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but the stairs are easy enough to use. Basics are what we focus on. Cooking takes time, so we don't rush it just to get people out the door. It’s 388001 here, right in the middle of things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’ve stayed put. It’s just us running the show. No big investors are involved. Just local people serving local people. If you’re walking near Amul Dairy, you’ll see our board. The place is plain, but we keep it tidy and make sure everyone gets enough to eat. It gets a bit warm in the summer, but we have fans going all the time to stay comfortable.
