Our place is located near the Indira Gandhi Statue on the Anand Lambhvel Road. We have been here in Anand for some time. It is a straightforward spot for anyone looking to grab a bite. We spend most of our time in the back of the house making sure things are prepared correctly. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the traffic going towards the statue. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily chores that come with running a kitchen. It is not always easy, especially when it gets crowded at lunch. We have a small team here. We handle the cleaning, the cooking, and the serving ourselves. The building is simple and easy to find if you are in the area. We do not spend much on decorations because we think the food should be what people notice. Most of our regulars live nearby or work in the shops around here. We know many of them by name. It feels good to be a part of the local community. Every morning we open up, sweep the floor, and get the pots and pans ready for the day. There is no big secret to how we do things. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. That is how it has always been for us at Red Chilli. We just try to keep things moving.
