Moms Cafe

We set up Moms Cafe right on the Anand-Sojitra Road. It's across from the State Bank of India in Vithal Udyognagar. If you live around here or work at the industrial area, you probably know where that is. We've been here for a bit now. People stop by for tea or something quick to eat during their lunch break. It gets pretty busy when the bank is open, but that’s just how it is. We aren't doing anything fancy. It’s just a regular place where you can sit down for a while. The fans are usually running because it gets warm in the afternoons. Sometimes we run out of certain snacks by the evening if it’s been a long day. We just try to keep things clean and keep the stove going. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from the offices nearby. They know us by name and we know what they usually order without them asking. It’s just a small shop on the main road. We don’t have a lot of tables, so people sometimes have to share or wait a minute. We keep the music low or just have the news on the small TV in the corner. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. Nothing more to it really. Just a cafe for the people who are passing through or working around Vithal Udyognagar. It is a simple life here.
