Prime Panghat Garden Restaurant

We are out on Lambhvel Road in Anand. If you are looking for Prime Panghat Garden Restaurant, just look for the Indira Gandhi Statue because we are right near there. It’s a 388001 address. We have a garden space here which is where the tables are set up so people can eat under the sky. It’s a bit different from the cramped shops in the middle of town. We spend a lot of time watering the plants and keeping the outdoor area looking decent. When the sun goes down, we turn on the lights and it gets a bit more lively. The kitchen is always busy, especially on weekends when families from around Anand come out. We don’t have a fancy website or a big PR person. We just have our menu and the garden. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, and we have to move things around, but that’s just part of having a garden restaurant. You can hear the traffic from Lambhvel Road, but it’s not too bad. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the tables are cleared. It’s a lot of walking back and forth from the kitchen to the garden. It keeps us on our feet. We like being near the statue because it’s a good landmark for people to find us. There's plenty of space to breathe out here. We just do our best with what we have and keep the kitchen running as late as we can.
