La Casa Inn Restaurant

Down on Anand Sojitra Road, right near the Ganesh Crossing, is where you’ll find La Casa Inn Restaurant. This part of Anand is always full of life, with people coming and going from the crossing all day long. Our building is right there in the thick of it. It’s a simple setup where we focus on the day-to-day work of running a kitchen. We don't have any big, fancy signs or expensive artwork on the walls. It’s mostly just wooden tables, some chairs, and the smell of whatever is cooking on the stove that morning. We open up pretty early to get the cleaning done before the first customers arrive. A lot of our regulars are people who work nearby or live just a few streets away. We know most of them by name and know exactly what they’re going to order before they even sit down. The kitchen can get a bit loud when the orders start piling up, and the heat from the burners really fills the room. We don’t have a corporate office or anyone telling us how to talk to people. It’s just us, the owners and the staff, trying to make sure the food is decent and the place is clean. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, and the traffic outside at Ganesh Crossing can be a lot to handle, but we like being right here in the middle of it all. It’s just a regular, honest place to eat.
