Bhagol Restaurant

Bhagol Restaurant is right over in Veer Park on the Anand Sojitra Road. We are sitting directly opposite the Panchvati Party Plot, which is easy to see from the street. The Mamlatdar Office is also nearby, so we get a lot of people coming and going from there throughout the week. Being in Anand 388001 keeps us fairly busy. We open up and start the day by setting the tables and getting the kitchen ready. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular restaurant where we try to do things the right way. The road outside can get a bit noisy with all the traffic heading toward the party plot, but we don’t pay it much mind. We spend most of our time making sure the food is ready and the floor is swept. Our staff knows most of the people who work in the nearby offices. Sometimes things get a bit hectic during the lunch rush, but we just handle it one person at a time. We’ve been at this Veer Park location for a while now. It feels like home to us. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve and clean up at the end of the night. It's honest work, and we like the neighborhood we are in. Most days are pretty much the same, and that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and work.
