Relish World Restaurant

We've been here at Sanket Complex in Anand for a while now. It’s right there at Grid Chowkdi, just across from the Anand Education College. Most days it’s pretty busy with students coming in between their classes or people stopping by after work. The location is easy to find if you know where the college is. We started this place because we wanted a spot where people could just sit down and eat without too much fuss. The kitchen stays quite active, especially during the lunch hour when the rush starts. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we just keep things moving. We don't have a big fancy team, just a few of us making sure the tables are clean and the food goes out hot. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time prepping in the mornings before the doors open at B 9 10. You’ll see us there early most days getting things ready. It's not a huge space, but it works for what we do. We've seen a lot of faces come and go over the years, some regulars who live nearby and others who are just passing through the Chowkdi. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here is wearing a suit or trying to act like this is a five-star hotel. It’s just Relish World. We're part of the neighborhood, and that’s how we like it.
