Red Apple Restaurant

We are located at 102 in the Veer Sapphire building, right in the heart of Vallabh Vidyanagar. Being in Anand, we get a lot of students from the nearby colleges and families who live in the area. Red Apple isn’t a name that means anything deep; we just thought it sounded clean and easy for people to say. The restaurant is on the first floor, so you have to walk up, but most people don’t mind. Inside, it’s just a regular setup with rows of tables and some fans going to keep the heat down. We don’t have any fancy lighting or expensive art on the walls, just some plain paint and the smell of whatever is cooking in the back. Our menu is pretty basic, mostly things that people around here like to eat every day. We try to keep the prices fair because we know students don't have much extra cash. Sometimes it gets really loud when a big group of friends comes in after exams, but that's just how it is. The kitchen is small, so when it’s packed, you might have to wait a bit longer for your rotis. We aren’t trying to win any awards or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning, prep the vegetables, and wait for the lunch rush. It’s a decent living and we like the people who come by to eat with us.
