Peacock Creation

We are over in Anand. It’s a nice place to be and we’ve been here for a while. Our business is called Peacock Creation but don't let the name fool you into thinking we are some huge design house. We are just a small team working out of our space in Anand. Most of our days are spent cutting fabric and stitching or looking at new patterns that come in. It’s dusty work and our hands are usually tired by the end of the shift. The weather here can be tough in the monsoon but we keep the shop dry. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a regular building where we do our work. We started out small and we’ve stayed pretty small. We like knowing the people we sell to. Sometimes we get orders from further away but mostly it’s local. We don't spend money on marketing. We'd rather just spend that time working on the clothes. Sentence lengths vary because that's how we talk. We don't follow a script when people come in. We just say hello and show them what we have. If they like it they buy it. If not we just chat for a bit. It’s a relaxed way to run a business and it works for us. We just keep doing what we know how to do.
