You can find Haldi Restaurant at B-27/88, J-3, in Lane Number 11 of Ravindrapuri, Varanasi. We are right beside the Prime Minister’s Office in Ravindrapuri, so that makes us pretty easy to locate if you’re in the area. Being in Varanasi, specifically in a spot like this, means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are locals who live just down the lane, and others are just passing through. The restaurant isn't very big, but we make the most of the space we have. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and making sure the dining area is ready for guests. It’s a bit of a quiet lane compared to the main roads, which is nice. We don't do any big advertising. Mostly, people just find us because they are nearby or they’ve heard about us from someone else. The staff here is small, and we’ve all been working together for a while. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, cook the food, and make sure the place is clean. It’s a simple way to run a business. We like being in this part of Ravindrapuri and we plan on staying here for a long time, just doing our daily routines. It’s a steady job and we try to do it right without making things more complicated than they need to be.
