Green Myth Diner

We've been here at Ishwar Tower for a while now. It's right on Luxa Road, not far from PDR Mall. Most people just drop in because they're tired from shopping or they work nearby. We have a small kitchen and a few tables. It’s nothing fancy. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but that’s just Varanasi for you. We keep the place clean as much as we can. The menu has the usual stuff people ask for. My cousin helps me out with the orders when it gets busy in the evenings. We try to get the food out fast so nobody is waiting too long on those hard chairs. Some regulars come every day for their tea and a snack. They sit by the window and watch the traffic go by. It’s a decent spot if you’re just looking for a bite and don't want to spend too much. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us doing the cooking and cleaning. Luxa Road is always crowded, so finding the shop can be tricky if you aren't looking. We’re right at Shop Number 7. It’s just a regular diner where you can sit down for a bit. Nothing more to it than that really. We just open up in the morning and stay until the mall crowd thins out at night. It works for us and keeps us going.
