El Parador

You'll find El Parador on Roadways Road in the Maldahiya area of Varanasi. We are near Laxmi Medicals and the Vijay Nagar part of the city. This area is always full of life, especially with the Parade Kothi nearby. Our place has been around for a while, and we just go about our business every day. It’s not a very large setup, but we have enough space for people to come and sit. Varanasi is a city where everything moves at its own pace, and we are no different. We spend our mornings getting everything ready for the day. The kitchen is where most of the work happens. We don't have any polished speeches or fancy menus. It’s just simple food for the local crowd and travelers passing through the roadways. Sometimes the noise from the street is quite loud, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in town. We just want to provide a decent meal to whoever walks in. Most of our staff have been here for a long time and they know how things work.
