COOK CHIC

You can find us at COOK CHIC which is situated on BHU Road in Susuwahi. We are very close to the Hyderabad gate. Our address is Varanasi 221011. We chose this spot because it is always lively with students and people walking by from the university. It is a small place and we do not have much room for big groups. We mostly just focus on the cooking part of things. The kitchen is where we spend almost all of our time. It is not a fancy restaurant with waiters in uniforms. It is just a simple shop. We opened up here because we wanted to be part of the local neighborhood. Susuwahi is a busy area and the road can get quite dusty and loud. We do not mind it much because it means there are people around. We do all the work ourselves from cleaning to serving. Sometimes we run out of things or get a bit behind when it is busy. We just do the best we can with what we have. It is an honest little business. We do not have a big website or a marketing person. Most people just walk in because they see the sign while passing the Hyderabad gate. We are just here every day doing our thing on BHU Road. It is a decent life and we like being here in Varanasi.
