UDUPI ROYAL DARBAR

We are located on the first floor of the Mandavi Trade Centre. It’s right on the road between Udupi and Manipal, in the Kadiyali area. If you see the Karnataka Bank in Kunjibettu, we are right across from it. UDUPI ROYAL DARBAR might sound like a big, fancy name, but we are just a local place where people come to eat their meals. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up the stairs, which some people don't like, but it gives a bit of a view of the street below. The road outside is always busy with buses and bikes going back and forth towards Manipal. It’s a very lively spot. We have a mix of students and families coming in most days. The interior is okay, nothing too special, just enough to be comfortable while you eat. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen getting everything ready for the lunch rush. It can get pretty hot in there when the stoves are all going. We don't have a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We just serve the food we know how to make. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the end of the day if it’s been busy. That’s just how it goes when you’re a local shop. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us here at the trade centre, trying to do an honest day’s work for the locals and neighbors.
