Charcoal Barbique Restaurant

Our restaurant is located in Anand Nagar, right at the 1st Cross in Manipal. Most of the students and locals around here know us as being directly opposite to Madhba Kripa. It is a busy little area in Udupi. We focus on the barbeque side of things here. The setup is pretty basic with grills and tables for the guests. Since we are in Manipal, we see a lot of young people coming in after their classes or on the weekends. It gets quite smoky inside sometimes because of the cooking style, but that is just how a barbeque place works. We do not have a lot of staff, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. The address is 576104 if you are looking for it on a map. We have had some long nights here when big groups come in late after work. It is not the quietest place in town, especially when the music is playing. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long for a table to open up. There is not much to say about our background. We just opened up in this spot because it seemed like a good place for a grill restaurant. It is a simple business at the end of the day. We keep the place open until late most nights. If you are walking around Anand Nagar, you will probably smell the cooking. (250 words)
