Hotel Sarovar pure veg Restaurant

We are located at Hotel Sarovar pure veg Restaurant on the Karavali Bypass road in Adi Udupi. This isn't really a place where you come for a long vacation, it’s more for people who are traveling along the highway and need a good meal and a place to rest. Being a pure veg spot is important to us because that’s what we know best. We start very early in the morning, long before the sun is up, to get the kitchen ready. The smell of sambar and coffee is usually the first thing you notice. The bypass road is always busy with trucks and buses, so we get a lot of drivers and families stopping by. The restaurant part is on the ground floor, and we keep it as clean as possible since people are very particular about their food here in Udupi. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a photo or two. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so we work well together. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website that looks professional. We just rely on the people who pass by and decide to stop because they see our sign from the road. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but it’s what we do and we have gotten used to the highway noise.
