We are located at Plot No 178 in the Ashok Nagar area. It is right on Road No 12. If you are familiar with Udaipur Ho, we are situated very close to Maya Misthan. Being in the 313001 zip code means we see a lot of local traffic. This restaurant is just a simple place we run. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy advertising. It’s mostly us doing the cooking and the cleaning every single day. The building is on a decent-sized plot. We've been here for a bit now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Rajasthan summers are tough, but we keep the place going. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't use any big slogans. We just open the doors and get to work. Some days the kitchen is a bit chaotic, but that is just how it goes in this business. We are just regular people trying to make a living in Udaipur. You won’t find any polished marketing here. We just serve what we have. Sometimes we run out of ingredients or the delivery is late. We just deal with it as it comes. It is a practical life.
