Ajmer Spicy

We are located in Shop number 1 of the Labh Chamber on Pratap Nagar Road. It’s a very busy spot because we are right in front of B N College. Because of that, we get a lot of students coming in throughout the day. They are usually looking for something quick and spicy to eat between their classes. The shop isn't very big, so it can get pretty crowded and hot in there, especially around lunchtime. We have a few benches where people can sit, but many just stand around or take their food to go. Udaipur is a beautiful city, but this part of it is more about the daily hustle than the tourist sights. You can hear the motorbikes and the chatter from the college campus all day long. We start our prep work early in the morning, chopping vegetables and getting the spices ready. The kitchen is small, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy advertising; the students just tell each other about us, and that seems to be enough. Sometimes the line goes out the door and onto the sidewalk. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking until the food runs out. It's a simple life, and we like being part of the college atmosphere. It keeps us feeling young even though the work is hard on our feet and the days are long.
