Binjari Blues Restaurant

Binjari Blues is situated inside the Haadi Rani Palace hotel, which is in the Udiyapole area of Udaipur. The address is 145 Hotel Street. Since we are inside a palace hotel, the vibe is a bit different from a street-side cafe. We get a lot of tourists who are staying in Udaipur to see the lakes and the old buildings. Udiyapole is a busy hub because the bus stand is nearby, so the area is always full of people arriving and leaving. We have been operating here for a while and the staff knows how to handle the different crowds that come in. The restaurant has its own style, and we try to keep it comfortable for the guests. It is not just about the food, it is also about having a place to relax away from the heat and the noise of the Udaipur streets. We spend our time prepping the dining room and making sure the kitchen is stocked up. It is a lot of walking back and forth between the kitchen and the tables. Udaipur is a beautiful city, and being part of the hotel scene here means we meet people from all over the world. We do not go in for big advertisements. Most people find us because they are staying at Haadi Rani Palace or they are just exploring the Udiyapole neighborhood. We just do our work and keep the place running.
