Amritshree Mangalgrah

We run Amritshree Mangalgrah over at 56 Ashok Nagar Main Road. The area is usually busy with people going about their business. Our place is quite simple, just a standard building with everything we need to keep things running. We aren't a big chain or anything corporate. It’s just us working here every day to keep the doors open. We don't have fancy signs or bright lights. Most people know where we are because they live or work around Ashok Nagar. The interior is practical. We have some chairs and tables that are sturdy but nothing special. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping. It's not an easy job, but it’s what we do. We don't use a lot of fancy words to talk about our food or what we do here. We just put out the plates and hope people like what they get. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet. We handle it as it comes. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job and see the same people come back next week. The street outside can get a bit loud with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work. It’s a local business, run by local people, and that’s about all there is to it.
