Being in the 313001 zip code means we are in a pretty active part of town. There are always people going to the mall or heading home from work. Our place isn't anything too big or fancy. It’s just a simple food club where we focus on the meals we make. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. The kitchen is usually where most of the action happens. We spend a lot of time preparing everything and making sure things are ready for whoever stops by. The road outside can get a bit congested during the evenings, but it brings a lot of life to the area. We like being near the mall because it makes us easy to find. Our setup is pretty basic. We have tables and chairs and not much else in terms of decoration. We aren't trying to be a high-end luxury spot. We are just a local place for people who are in the neighborhood.
