Target Handicrafts

You will find us at 9-10 in the Lakhawali Estate, right on the Bhuwana Main Road. Target Handicrafts isn't a very large place, but we have two connected units here which gives us just enough room to work. Being on the main road makes it easy for the trucks and transporters to find us when they come for pickups. It’s usually quite active outside with all the cars and bikes going past our gate. Inside the units, we have a lot of tall shelves and some cleared work areas. We spend most of our time checking the individual pieces that come in from the makers. There’s always some dust and small shavings on the floor, but that is just how it is when you work with handicrafts. We have a small staff of about six people. Most of us have been working together for a long time. We aren’t really into having big meetings or using fancy computers. We just talk to each other about what needs to be packed and shipped out each day. The estate is getting a bit older now, but it still serves our purpose perfectly well. We have a small corner for keeping our records, which are mostly just paper files and old ledgers. We like the location here because it’s not too far from the city but still has enough space for our storage needs. We usually lock up around seven.
